Any order that comes in before noon Pacific Time goes out that day. Orders that come in after noon are shipped the next business day.
We use software that integrates with Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, and more.
RETURNS AND REMOVALS
Sometimes you have to pull back inventory from Amazon's warehouses. It's frustrating, we know.
We'll receive your products, do an external inspection, store them, and do the prep necessary to get them back to Amazon.
We'll handle your customer returns too.

Oversize
We use the same standard that Amazon uses with its FBA program. An Oversize item is one that exceeds 18 inches on its longest side or 20 pounds in weight.
A carton that exceeds 25 inches on its longest side or is over 20 pounds in weight is oversize.
Sorting Multiple SKUs
Inventory with multiple SKUs that require sorting for shipment: $1.25 per SKU.
We do not handle unsorted closeout or liquidation merchandise.
